These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Sporle Coaching, including Sports Therapy, Sports Massage, Personal Training, Rehabilitation, Strength & Conditioning Coaching, and Online Coaching where applicable.
Effective Date: 15 June 2026
1. Booking and Payment
Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Payment may be required before an appointment is confirmed. Sporle Coaching reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where payment has not been received.
Prices are subject to change; however, any sessions already booked and paid for will be honoured at the agreed rate.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full session fee.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice ("no-show") will result in the full session fee being charged or the session being deducted from any prepaid package.
Exceptions may be considered in cases of genuine illness, emergency, or exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Sporle Coaching.
3. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.
The full session fee will still apply.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, Sporle Coaching reserves the right to cancel the appointment and charge the full session fee.
4. Session Packages and Block Bookings
Prepaid sessions and block bookings must be used within 6 months of the original purchase date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any unused sessions remaining after this period will expire and are non-refundable.
Sessions included within a package remain subject to the cancellation policy outlined above.
Block bookings and prepaid sessions are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual named at the time of purchase.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will not be provided for completed appointments.
Unused sessions within a prepaid package may be refunded at the discretion of Sporle Coaching, less the value of any sessions already used at the standard individual session rate.
Expired sessions are non-refundable.
6. Health and Medical Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding their medical history, injuries, medications, and any relevant health conditions.
Clients must inform Sporle Coaching of any changes to their health status before treatment or exercise sessions take place.
Sporle Coaching reserves the right to refuse treatment or exercise sessions if it is considered unsafe or inappropriate to proceed.
Where necessary, Sporle Coaching may request medical clearance from a GP, consultant, or other healthcare professional before treatment or exercise can continue.
7. Sports Therapy and Sports Massage
Sports therapy and sports massage are intended to assist with pain management, injury rehabilitation, recovery, and physical wellbeing.
These services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or specialist healthcare advice.
While every effort is made to provide the highest standard of care, no guarantee can be made regarding treatment outcomes, recovery times, or symptom resolution.
Some temporary soreness or discomfort following treatment may be experienced and is considered a normal response in many cases.
8. Personal Training and Exercise Sessions
Participation in exercise carries an inherent risk of injury.
Clients voluntarily participate in all exercise sessions and accept responsibility for informing Sporle Coaching of any pain, discomfort, dizziness, illness, or concerns before or during a session.
Exercise programmes and recommendations are based on the information provided by the client at the time of assessment.
Results cannot be guaranteed and will vary depending on factors including attendance, effort, adherence, lifestyle, nutrition, recovery, and individual circumstances.
9. Practitioner Cancellations
Sporle Coaching reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to illness, emergencies, unforeseen circumstances, or events outside of reasonable control.
Where this occurs, clients will be offered an alternative appointment or a refund where appropriate.
10. Photography and Marketing
Photographs, videos, testimonials, or other media will not be used for marketing purposes without the client's explicit consent.
Clients may withdraw consent at any time.
11. Confidentiality and Data Protection
All personal information and health records will be treated confidentially and stored in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
Information will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law or where there is a safeguarding concern or duty of care obligation.
12. Limitation of Liability
Whilst reasonable care and professional standards are maintained at all times, Sporle Coaching accepts no liability for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from:
- Failure to disclose relevant medical information.
- Failure to follow advice, treatment recommendations, rehabilitation plans, or exercise programmes.
- Activities undertaken outside of supervised sessions.
- Circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Sporle Coaching.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful under UK law.
13. Under-18s
Clients under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian before participating in treatment, rehabilitation, or exercise sessions.
A parent or guardian may be required to attend appointments where appropriate.
14. Amendments
Sporle Coaching reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version will be available on request and via the Sporle Coaching website.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
