Helping You Move Better, Feel Stronger, and Stay Active

First-Class BSc (Hons) Sports Therapist | Strength Coach | Based in Stowmarket

Whether you're struggling with persistent pain, recovering from an injury, or simply not moving as well as you'd like, it can be frustrating when your body stops you doing the things you enjoy.

At Sporle Coaching, the goal isn't just to reduce pain — it's to help you regain confidence in your body, return to the activities you enjoy, and build long-term strength and resilience.

Every assessment, treatment plan, and coaching programme is tailored to your individual needs, goals, and lifestyle.

Meet Daniel Sporle

dan graduation

I'm Daniel Sporle, founder of Sporle Coaching and a qualified Sports Therapist and Strength Coach based in Stowmarket.

I graduated from the University of Essex with a First-Class BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Therapy and have worked with a wide range of individuals, from those recovering from injury and surgery to people looking to improve their strength, fitness, and overall quality of life.

I founded Sporle Coaching because I wanted to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance. Too often, people are told to simply rest or avoid the activities they enjoy. My goal is to help clients understand their bodies, stay active, and build long-term resilience through personalised rehabilitation and strength coaching.

Rather than relying on quick fixes, I focus on identifying the root cause of the problem and creating a clear, personalised plan that helps you progress with confidence.
